One useful aspect of his talk is when he focuses on the intersection of data and design. Novak contrasts the difference between the coders\u2019 focus on data models and the marketing team\u2019s focus on the product that model creates.<\/p>\n<p>In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group.
